While we do not undertake the task of raising the house ourselves, we collaborate closely with other specialised trades that handle this initial phase. Our expertise comes into play once the foundational work is complete. After the house is raised, our team steps in to execute the build-in process, ensuring that the structural integrity and design meet the highest standards.

This collaborative approach allows us to focus on delivering quality craftsmanship while leveraging the strengths of our partners for the preliminary construction stages.

Does Gaspen do the house raising?

No, we don’t do the actual house raising, but we work with other trades that do then follow through with the build in underneath once the house has been raised.
Do I need a set of plans for the work I want done?

Any works that are structural and need certification will need drawing done.
Do we need to have a contract on the works we are enquiring about?

Any works to be done that total $3300 inc. GST or more must have QBCC insurance with a contract signed between Gaspen being the builders and yourselves the client
