FAQ's

Do I need to chase up my own tradesman?

Not at all. We have a good relationship with all our subcontractors we use and trust them with the same high standards that we expect from ourselves.
What building materials do you use?

We always use top notch materials—the same materials we would use in our own homes. All steel work is Duragal, unless specified to be hot dipped. All timber frames we use are minimum of H2 treated. All external and internal beading is also treated. Every material we use and build is to Australian Building Standards, from a new set of stairs to new extension.
Do we need to have a contract on the works we are enquiring about?

Any works to be done that total $3300 inc. GST or more must have QBCC insurance with a contract signed between Gaspen being the builders and yourselves the client.
